Obituary of Jeff Kaimowitz

From the Classics department at Trinity College:

Our friend and colleague Jeffrey Kaimowitz passed away a few days ago. Jeff ran the Watkinson Library for many years, built up the library’s collection in Classical studies, taught courses for our department from time to time, and was a “regular” at AIA talks and other departmental events. He was a classics major at Johns Hopkins, studied at the American School of Classical Studies at Athens, earned a PhD in Classics at the University of Cincinnati, an MLS at Columbia, and his translation of Horace’s Odes was published by Johns Hopkins. His obituary as published in the Hartford Courant: https://www.legacy.com/obituaries/hartfordcourant/obituary.aspx?n=jeffrey-h-kaimowitz&pid=197081328&fhid=4131
