- October 1 is the deadline for the first discretionary funds applications of the new school year.
Beyond CANE
There will be a #latinlangchat discussion on Twitter on TPRS methods in Latin Tuesday, 9/10 at 6pm PST.
- “JFK Middle School in Northampton and we are currently in need of a grade 7 and 8 Latin teacher. The position at this time is temporary, possibly a few weeks, but could eventually be for a longer duration.” Contact Principal Lesley Wilson at 413 587 1489.
- Ascanius is offering a Latin enrichment program for students in grades 5-8 in Boston this Fall. Registration deadline is 19 September. They are also offering a workshop called “I Came, I Saw, I Clicked: Technology & Online Resources for Latin Teaching” in Somerset, NJ, on 11 October, with a registration deadline of 1 October.
